Hoi-Hup has officially secured an Executive Condominium land in Tengah Plantation, on 14-Feb, which is adjacent to their previous successful bid (now referred to as Plot A). With this successful bid on the southern plot (referred to as Plot-B), HTR Engineering Pte Ltd will be working closely with the developer to combine the utilisation of all resources across both projects. This southern plot will incorporate PPVC into the design and will see more extended use in digital technologies to improve project performance.
The provisional concept design will see over 600 residential units, in 8 tower blocks, with carparks and communal facilities such as swimming pools and clubhouse. The total land area for this project is approximately 20,000 square metres, with a permissible GPR of 2.8 (GFA 56,107 – 50,497 sqm).
